Learn from the best?

I am often asked on which instuctional video to be the best. I believe that the best instructional one could find is less helpful than watching competition videos. Why? Because in a high level competition you will see the best grapplers using their best skills and technique under pressure. Under those conditions, all the fancy ninja moves disappear and you will find only stuff that works, fact!

Not every competition match is a great learning tool but some can help us a lot.

The I World Jiu Jitsu Expo matched great grapplers and the matches were awesome, it is all on YouTube.
