While everyone else goes West, in their search for their “Californian Eldorado”, we are going in the opposite direction, bringing BJJ to the eastern parts of the European continent.

Next week in Wroclaw, Poland, we are officially starting the Rio Grappling Club European HQ, inside the gym that has already been run by Mariusz Koziej and Krystopher Golaszewski for many years.

In 2007 I held stages on the cities of Lublin, in Poland, and Athens, Greece, and Igor Rodrigues stayed 2 months in Limasol, Cyprus, so far the eastern parts of Europe already visited officially by the RGC. In 2008 we intend to go even further, with scheduled visits to Turkey and Ukraine.
