I wanted to show some positions in our blog but instead of posting on Youtube, I decided to try this on a slideshow so I could put more info and describe better the positions. I think it is working nicely, and will soon upload more techniques here.

The position shown here was taught to me by my Judo Shihan Leopoldo de Luca (RIP) and  is one of my favorite submissions, I use it all the time with and without GI. Comments are welcome, specially constructive ones 🙂
