Im enjoying doing those slide shows and just uploaded my second one, showing a simple way to set up and execute the so called baseball bat choke (I gotta say I can’t stand baseball, is only second to cricket as a boring and stupid sport to watch).

This choke is named baseball bat choke because the position of the hands when applying the pressure is the same as the one used to hold the bat 😉
