My first seminar in Ferrara, yesterday, had 18 participants. It was a very hot and humid day, we struggled to keep the GI under these conditions, but all the guys did very well and after 3 hours drilling standing guard passes, I promoted 3 guys to the blue belt.

They train under the supervision of my student Gianluca Boni, who is doing a great job in Ferrara and Bologna as an instructor, and as a competitor, he just won the first and second legs of the Italian BJJ Championships, in Torino and Napoli. The third leg will happen in Roma, within 2 weeks, and I expect him to win once again. Below the pics taken after the seminar.
