Our club in Gliwice received my visit yesterday. The 3 hours seminar started at 6pm with Krys warming up the students. Krys Kwiecen is a physical ed. teacher in Poland, a purple belt in BJJ and a wrestling coach,  and his warm ups are awesome.   Then we drilled opening the guard and passing it to end up the seminar with guard passing focused sparring and the promotion of the head coach Arek to the purple belt. Arek is very technical and is doing a great job in Gliwice. Their new gym has nice facilities and will for sure deliver many champions!
